Q. Can the design templates be modified to suit my needs? 

A. You can choose other colours and fonts as well as adding in your own photos and logos.  Minor layout adjustments can also be made such as changing the placement of text and photos.  However, due to copyright, existing photos and graphics cannot be moved from one template to another.

Q. I’d like to modify the colours and fonts used for my website but how do I know what to choose? 

A. We have colour charts and font menus to give you some ideas.  Plus you can always enlist the help of your StyleTrain Media representative.

Q. I have the information for most of our pages; I’d really like an ‘About Us’ page but have no idea what to write.  What should I do? 

A. Many businesses find they get stuck on one or two pages when it comes to the content of their site.  We are more than happy to assist you; please refer to ‘extras’ for pricing.

Q. For the web presence package I need to supply StyleTrain Media with photos, text and logos for my website.  How do I do this? 

A. Original digital photos work best; text can be either in soft or hard copy (we can use text from existing brochures and business cards); logos can be in any of the common formats such as jpeg, psd or indd files.

Q. I only have my businesses logo printed on our business cards but would really like to use it on my website.  Is there anything that can be done? 

A. Your logo plays an important part in branding your business.  If you only have a hard copy of your logo we can easily digitise it for you; please refer to ‘extras’ for pricing.

Q. Will I see my personalised design before it goes on-line? 

A. Absolutely.  You will need to sign off on the design before it goes live.  If necessary we can make one round of corrections for you, to ensure that all the details are perfect.

Q. How soon can I expect my website to be up and running? 

A. This will depend on the template you choose, the changes you want to make and the amount of content you need.  In general our websites take no more than one month from contract signing to going live, sometimes even less.  Your StyleTrain Media representative will be able to give you the estimated time frame for your particular site.

Q. What if I already have a domain name and web hosting but no website? 

A. This is no problem; you can easily transfer your web hosting to us.  By doing so you will have the convenience of StyleTrain Media looking after all of your website needs.

Q. What if I need to make changes to the content of my website throughout the year? 

A. If your website requires regular changes you may wish to consider our content management package.  For further information please ask your StyleTrain Media representative.

Q. Can I have extra domain names to prevent other businesses having something similar to mine?

A. You certainly can.  Additional domain names are $30 each.
